MY APPROACH
Mindset. Habits. Systems.
Lasting progress usually takes more than a single strategy. Executive function challenges are shaped by how we understand the difficulty, the habits we practice, and the systems that make follow-through easier. That is why my approach focuses on three connected areas: mindset, habits, and systems.
Mindset
Shifting from avoidance to agency — understanding how you work and building confidence in your own process.
Habits
Small, consistent routines that reduce friction and make the right actions easier to take.
Systems
Reliable structures for planning, tracking, and following through — built around your actual life.
